In this seminar you will experience several levels of self-attribution and attribution by others to gain an authentic and realistic view on the impact you have on people. It is useful for the actualisation of your self-perception - for life mastery with consciousness of your potentials and their limitations, to put projects into practice and to design your personal future.

4D - Feedback = response from four dimensions

The HORSE & SOUL Self-Assessment is based on a chart of inter-personal and social skills which serves to gain a documented evaluation of the specification of those skills - besides the feedback of the horses, the self-perception and the response from the other participants. This assessment analyses and uncovers your entrepreneurial characteristics and several aspects of self-guidance, such as risk-taking, self-discipline, capability for conflict management, leadership, cooperation, emotional and social intelligence.

These characteristics are significant for start-ups, graduates, trainees, prospective entrepreneurs and for everybody in professional change, e.g. career entry, career advancement, repositioning in teams, change of job, etc..

In five horse assisted exercises the participants have to meet new challenges and receive a four-dimensional feedback: from the horses as a natural mirror for leadership skills, the analysis of the video-recordings, the other participants and the moderating coaches.
