Women lead differently

Two women participated in our latest seminar „The Art of Leading“, both are responsible for teams in several management levels in a medium-sized enterprise respectively in a corporate group. They demonstrated natural leadership skills, extended souvereignty and great boldness already in the first practical exercise with the horses where they had to handle new and challenging situations. They never had made an application for professional advancement, but had been approached by others if they wouldn´t have liked to step up into a new position in the company.

Both of them were not aware of their „Natural Leader Within“ but the horses immediately showed them how impressible their appearance is. A special teaching for them was to recognize that they could lead by attraction, without doing anything by action - the horses followed of their own volition when the women just cut their own path. Doing the right thing by intuition is one of the biggest talents that most women have - and it is attractive for their teams to follow them in doing so. Likewise the duties and responsibilities are arranged in a primordial herd: the lead stallion is walking behind the herd, protects them from perils coming from the background and speeds them up if necessary - the lead mare walks ahead, scenting intuitively the hazards as well as the best possible track for the whole group.
