One-on-One-Coaching Conveys the Entrepreneurial Self-Image

With clear expression, consequent in leadership and very relaxed in the face-to-face-communication with horses an entrepreneur from the design branch experienced his people skills in a Top Executive Coaching with our horses.

Beforehand several doubts concerning his souvereignty had limited the entrepreneurs scope - the repeated experience to become insecure in the acquaintance of power or force blocked him in crucial situations with clients, partners and also with family members. With the aid of the horses he found his very personal balance between respect and trust, perceived power and force in a new light and achieved voluntary following playfully and without any effort. His statement two weeks ater the coaching: „ As clear, secure and powerful as I am now I haven´t felt for a long time“
