HORSE & SOUL team trainings somewhat serve as a kick-starter. It is a HR professional development method that uncovers the complexity of leadership or teamwork proceedings in a very efficient, energetic and sustainable manner with the participants. Team trainings with horses provide an opportunity to challenge, change and become aware of internalized and non-functional behavioural patterns in leadership, decision-making and communication. In an adventure-type setting and atmosphere the participants become acquainted with their current limits, expand their scope and define new collective targets.

Experience with horses is not necessary. Fear of horses can quickly be overcome. Peer pressure will not be permitted. Those who can ride or people who have experience with horses do not have an advantage in our trainings. The seminars are not about horses but about people. The horses are the medium and catalyst in this training. It's all about people, the team, about leadership, creativity and responsibility, sensitivity and assertiveness, intuition, goal orientation, trustworthiness and integrity, body language and mental presence.
