You will boost your inner competencies in a natural learning space. For every participant we moderate an individual process to bring out the Natural Leader within.
For Natural Leaders the crucial factors in communication with employees and customers are awareness, souvereignty, mindfulness, emotional and social intelligence.
Body language will be experienced as a determining leadership skill, being perceived unconsciously and therefore exceedingly effective.

Learning by practice:
HORSE & SOUL seminars and coachings encompass practical learning, because we engage our participants in situations where they actively lead. Regarding personal leadership qualities, we'd like the participants to not only process information with their intellect, but to utilize and recognise their whole physical being, in order to lead from a place that is in the flow, yet focused and energetically centered. To know how important a mental road map, a steady volition and clear decisions are. We believe, the brighter the inner pictures of the goals and strategies are, the clearer the visible and sensible attitude - and the more concise is the message that we send to our partner(s).
Disabling beliefs and behavioral patterns can be identified and replaced by more empowering ones: Sometimes a simple change in the way we think causes our perspective and inner attitude to change. Consequently our body language and our emotional well-being changes - and at no surprise the reaction of the horses!
I addition to the feedback the horses offer, the participants share their perceptions of each other in regards to the impact that they saw the others generate. Internal and external apperception are experienced anew and the essential aspects of communication and inner-guidance can be internalized.
